Ashley Sportiva Coupé

I have no photo's of this Ashley Sportiva but I do know that it had a Red body in 1970 and would have looked a bit like the photo above.
I have not found any Current DLVA Registration Information so must assume it is know longer registered, as I've said before, it might be in someone's backyard or old barn, but more likely scrapped.
This car was seen by Trevor Pyman,
(a very keen cyclist, car enthusiast and contributor to
these Ashley websites),
back on 10th August 1970, when he was around Osmington, Dorset,
the Ashley Sportiva was seen on the A353 at Osmington heading away from Weymouth, just about level with the famous White Horse chalk carving.
He was unable to find any information on the builder, owner
or registration holder.
But the car was originally registered in
1961/62 by the London C.C.
